Mayra
Mayra has been a dedicated member of the company since 2011, beginning her career as an overnight pet sitter. Over time, she expanded her role to include weekend visits, administering medications under Deb’s training, and mentoring new sitters. Her commitment and leadership naturally evolved into overseeing client relationships—from onboarding new clients and employees to maintaining strong connections with existing ones—as well as managing payroll and supporting broader business operations. Today, Mayra supervises a team of sitters who assist in providing high-quality care for animals. To ensure their privacy and safety, sitter photos and personal information are not listed on the website.
In 2021, Mayra earned her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Mercy College. She currently serves as a School Secretary to the Principal at an elementary school, where she takes pride in supporting staff, fostering positive connections with students, and contributing to an efficient and welcoming office environment. Alongside her professional career in education, Mayra continues to pursue her passion for animal care, bringing the same level of dedication and compassion to every pet she serves.
